Common questions

The prayer times are a few minutes off from my mosque.

Check your city in Settings > Prayer times. If it is right and the times still differ, tell us your city and mosque: mosques sometimes use a different calculation, and we will check it.

The audio does not play.

Check your internet connection, or download the surah first in Downloads to listen offline. If a reciter has not recorded a surah, the app offers another.

How do I read without internet?

On the phone the Quran text is saved automatically. Download translations, tafsir and recitations in Downloads.

I found a mistake.

Tell us which ayah, translation or screen. The Arabic text follows the King Fahd Complex's edition exactly; translations and tafsir come from the sources on the Sources page, and we pass mistakes on to them.

How do I delete my data?

Settings > Account: "Delete account" if you have one, or "Erase my data from the server" if you do not. See the Privacy policy.

Do you have ads or collect my data?

No ads and no advertising trackers. The Privacy policy lists the little the app does keep.
